WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

From your first question to a clear next step.

  1. Send your inquiry

Share your contact and property details. CarrollCo can discuss program fit and how to proceed.

  2. Confirm eligibility & assess the home

The program reviews qualifications and the home before determining eligible improvements. Required documents are handled through the program’s process.

  3. Plan approved improvements

If approved, confirm the installer, scope, timing, and any costs. The program may inspect completed work.

A few questions, answered.

Can renters participate?

Renters can inquire. Owner authorization may be needed before work. SCE requires its property-owner authorization for rental applicants. SCE renter guidance

What if my building has several units?

Tell us the number of units. SCE directs qualifying buildings with five or more connected units toward its Multifamily Whole Building program. SCE multifamily guidance

Are all improvements free?

Eligible measures may be available at no cost. SCE notes that a landlord contribution can apply to certain central cooling installations. Confirm costs before authorizing work. SCE cost details

Does this form enroll me in ESA?

No. It sends a property inquiry directly to CarrollCo. Eligibility, enrollment, and service availability are confirmed separately through the applicable program.

Should I send income documents?

Not through this form or the general email link. Start with the requested contact and property information; ask about the appropriate process for any required documentation.
